Introducing the Gibson Center! We are thrilled to be 1 of their preferred caterers for Bridal Showers and Weddings. We can support you by overseeing your event details, event catering food + service, as well as set up, transitions from ceremony to reception and clean up. Our focus is your vision and how we can help you and your guests be present in your celebrations while we do the work needed behind the scenes.
The Gibson Center is a historic venue that has 6 unique spaces you can host your next milestone celebration or social gathering. Our favourite space here is Holmstom Hall and Rotary Hall, surrounded by tall windows and brick walls that make for bright and airy spaces great for wedding receptions and large gatherings..
And a casual, pub atmosphere, to host your engagement party or rehearsal dinner in the Mercer Pub complete with the gorgeous fieldstone walls and custom-crafted bar in the background.
